Donations
We proudly support a variety of local, regional, and national not-for-profit organizations.
Since 2009 we have contributed to more than 500 charitable groups. We receive hundreds of requests for charitable donations every year, and unfortunately, we cannot contribute – or even respond – to all of them. To be considered for a donation, we ask that you provide us with the following information:
A completed Kakao Donation Request Form.
An official letter or announcement requesting the donation and describing in detail the event at which the donation will be used.
The State of Missouri Tax ID number for your non-profit organization.
All requests must be dropped off in-person to our shop in Maplewood at least four weeks prior to the event.
As soon as possible we will get back to you to confirm receipt of your request, and after that, we will let you know that you can come pick up the donation. If you do not hear from us, that means that unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your request.
Because of the large number of requests we receive, we ask that you don’t phone us to follow up.
